J42 is an Elective Acute Surgical ward within the Abdominal Medicine and Surgical Clinical Service Unit We need an enthusiastic individual to support the Matron and Senior Nursing Team for Abdominal Medicine and Surgical CSU to ensure expert high-quality care is delivered. You will be required: To develop the nursing team and have strong leadership qualities. To take direct managerial responsibility for the clinical area and have budgetary responsibility. To assist in the delivery of care standards and quality indicators to support safe and effective patient care. To act as a clinical resource within the department as necessary.
