A rare and exciting opportunity is available for an exceptional Nurse and Educator to join the Northumbria Health & Care Academy team, working in partnership with Sunderland University. This role will support the Trainee Nursing Associate Programme.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as module lead and actively contribute to a variety of nursing modules across the Northumbria Health and Care Academy.
2. Support the delivery and continual development of the Undergraduate Nursing Associate provision and related studies.
3. Develop learning and teaching related to evidence-based nursing and research theory.
4. Enhance the reputation of the Northumbria Health and Care Academy and University of Sunderland as a centre of excellence by engaging with teaching, reach-out, and research programmes in nursing and health-related topics.
5. Role model compassionate and inclusive leadership to shape a collective leadership culture within the trust.
