Key Duties
* Handling calls and emails, ensuring all customer queries are addressed promptly.
* Managing team schedules and coordinating appointments.
* Keeping office records up to date and organised.
* Supporting the team with invoicing and other admin tasks.
* Acting as the point of contact for customers and suppliers.
Key Requirements
* Previous experience in an office-based administrative role.
* Experience in property management or working for a similar gas and heating company.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong communication skills with a professional yet friendly manner.
* Highly organised with great attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
