The Contact Centre, based in South Gosforth, answers queries for anything related to Newcastle City Council; these can range from reporting repairs to helping vulnerable customers following a fall.
Available Work Patterns:
1. Monday 8am – 6pm
2. Tuesday 10am – 5pm
3. Wednesday 12noon - 7.30pm
4. Thursday 10am – 5pm
5. Friday 10am – 6pm
