Job responsibilities
The post holder will provide comprehensive business support to ensure the efficient operation of a small directorate or section of a larger one. This includes coordinating multi-disciplinary meetings, maintaining information systems, and managing a small administrative team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Lead several initiatives on behalf of the line manager.
* Financial Support: Assist the Renal Department with the Renal Trust Fund, focusing on budgetary control under the Cluster Manager's oversight.
* Team Management: Supervise administrative staff, ensuring their work aligns with the Trust's strategic goals.
* Support for Procurement: Collaborate with the Renal team to provide information on procurement and supplier contracts.
* Continuous Improvement: Promote and share best practices to enhance efficiency, improve patient care, and reduce costs.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday
