Cleveland Clinic London is looking to recruit a Clinical Education Coordinator to join our research and education department.
This is a full-time role with the following shift patterns: Monday - Friday, 09:00-17:00, hybrid working model. Flexibility is required to help support the service needs in times of events and programmes scheduled.

The Clinical Education Coordinator functions as a liaison and as an administrative, technical, or operational resource for the Clinical Education Department at Cleveland Clinic London.
Under the direction of the Clinical Institute Education & Training Manager, the Clinical Education Coordinator is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and administering day-to-day activities and providing administrative support for the Cleveland Clinic London education programmes, events relating to attracting, retaining, and orienting fellows and students, and the coordination and support of the Continuing Medical Education (CME) and other clinical education programmes. The Clinical Education Coordinator will provide coordination, administrative and logistical support for Clinical Education programmes for areas across Clinical Operations.
What will your duties include?
1. Schedules, coordinates, and provides in-person support for clinical educational programmes and events (both online and in person).
2. Supports and coordinates all aspects of clinical education student and trainee programmes including orientation, interaction within the hospital, clinical rotations.
3. Assists with scheduling, coordination, preparation, and communication of meetings.
4. Works collaboratively with Learning Management System (LMS) team to ensure all educational activities are peer-reviewed, optimally promoted, and accurately tracked.
5. Other duties assigned.
What we need from you?
1. Significant experience in project or administrative coordination role.
2. Preferred experience in administration and coordination of core & specialist training programs in a healthcare facility and/or in a hospital or education setting dealing with the coordination or administration of education, training programs, medical education, special projects, or related areas.
3. Preferred prior experience in project coordination, coordinating multiple priorities/projects, and process improvement initiatives.
4. Must have intercultural communication skills to service an international audience.
5. Ability to engage in analytical studies, report generation, and development of business plans.
