Full-Time - Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
Basic Salary: £23,000.00 to £25,000.00 Per Annum depending on experience

Our very well-established client who has a GLOBAL presence are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as a Office Coordinator Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who is either, seeking a career move OR your next career challenge and utilise existing skills and experience as a customer services administrator! You will have an upbeat and confident character, who can handle working under pressure and have excellent time management skills.
Office Coordinator Role:
1. Support the Customer Services, Planning and Sales Team
2. Always provide exceptional customer service
3. Deal with customer orders and queries
4. Proactively support the service and sales process
5. Work autonomously as well as within a small team
6. Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
7. Proactively manage complaints and demonstrate full accountability in providing a solution
Office Coordinator Candidate:
8. Excellent communication skills
9. Highly computer literate using all Microsoft office packages
10. An enthusiastic and confident personality
11. A ‘natural ability’ to instantly develop a conversational relationship
12. Understanding of administration and customer services
