St Ann's Hospice is seeking an expert administrator in the field of HR with experience of leading teams to lead, manage and support our HR administration team of two and support our mission of providing exceptional, end-of-life care to our patients and their families. It's an exciting time to be part of the team as we begin a digital transformation journey incorporating the implementation of a new HR system. There'll be significant opportunity to be involved and develop or build on existing skills and experience in this area. The role is for a 12 month fixed term to cover maternity leave and you can expect a rough split of 30% leading and managing the team and 70% hands-on supporting the with the work itself., As the HR Administration Team Leader, you will oversee our HR administration team, ensuring smooth and effective HR operations. This role combines leadership, and a keen eye for detail as you collaborate with hospice managers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of key HR processes across the full employee lifecycle :

The successful candidate will be subject to a Standard Disclosure & Barring Service Check, the cost of which is covered by the hospice. Any post holder within the organisation will be expected to undertake safeguarding training appropriate to their role and adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures. All staff must work in accordance with their statutory roles and responsibilities in relation to safeguarding in accordance with the Working Together to Safeguarding Children 2023, The Care Act 2014, and Prevent Duty 2015.
