As part of our administrative team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the school, supporting both staff and students in their daily activities. Key Responsibilities: As the School Administration Manager, you will: Lead Administrative Operations : Manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the school, ensuring efficiency and compliance with school policies and regulations. HR and Payroll Support : Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and payroll processes for staff, maintaining accurate records. Financial Management : Oversee school budgets, invoicing, and procurement, ensuring financial efficiency and transparency. Student Enrollment and Records : Manage student admissions, attendance records, and SEN documentation, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. Liaise with Stakeholders : Act as the main point of contact for parents, external agencies, and local authorities, ensuring clear and effective communication. Support Senior Leadership Team (SLT) : Work closely with the SLT to implement school-wide initiatives and support operational improvements. Facilities and Health & Safety : Oversee maintenance, supplies, and health and safety standards to provide a safe and welcoming learning environment. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in school administration or a similar role, ideally within an SEN or educational setting. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, staff, parents, and external agencies. Proficiency in IT systems and school management software. A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
