The Chiswick Nursing Centre is a 146 bedded care home with nursing provision which provides care, accommodation and support for older people and younger adults, people who are living with dementia, complex neurological conditions, physical and learning disabilities. An exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and highly motivated Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team. This is a 36-hour contract per week, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be working with people who have wide range of conditions, under the supervision of a registered Physiotherapist, assist Physiotherapist to provide physiotherapy services in a safe, effective and efficient manner. This will also include working closely with OT, nursing colleagues and other health care professionals to get the best possible outcomes for your patients. Requirements: good standard of education, and English communication skills, with knowledge in anatomy, physiology and kinesiology of the human body. Minimum of at least 1 year experience in a clinical setting (hands-on practice).
