The Role We are looking for a reliable cleaner to maintain our school’s high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. This role is crucial in ensuring that our learning spaces remain safe and welcoming for students and staff. Key Responsibilities: Ensure all areas meet the school’s hygiene and cleanliness standards. Safely use manual and electric cleaning equipment (training provided). Follow Health & Safety guidelines for the use of cleaning chemicals and PPE. Maintain cleaning cupboards and equipment in an orderly manner. Report any hazards, defects, or safety concerns immediately to the Supervisor. Provide cover and assistance in the event of staff shortages. Undertake relevant training as required. Perform additional cleaning duties during school holiday periods.
