You'll be responsible for managing a territory across South-West England and Wales, where you'll take the lead in planning and managing your own sales schedule. We’re seeking a motivated self-starter with the drive to independently manage your territory and contribute to company's continued rapid growth—offering exciting opportunities for future career development. Key Responsibilities: Take charge of your sales territory, using proactive sales techniques to uncover and develop new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with customer practices to anticipate needs and nurture existing partnerships. Manage your call cycle efficiently—typically planning 6 weeks in advance. Stay connected to industry trends by attending meetings, training sessions, and events. Train veterinary professionals on best practices for using our equipment. Assist with organizing and delivering wet lab training sessions within your territory. Oversee the sales process from initial lead generation to quotes and invoicing. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in equipment sales, ideally in veterinary, human medicine, or dental. Similar backgrounds will be considered. Willingness to travel across the full territory. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated, sales-driven, and proactive. A clinical background is a plus but not required.
