Are you experienced in managing a team within a busy, demanding, and pressurised environment? I am currently recruiting for a Housing Service Manager role based in North-West London on a temporary basis, (2-3 Month's) with a potential to go permanent.
The role of a Service Manager is central to maximising the opportunity to achieving positive outcomes for resident to enable them to live happy, healthy and fulfilling lives during and after leaving the services.
37.5 hours per week Monday to Fridays.
Line management of up to 5-6 staff required and able to move around from one service to another in the borough.
Pay in the region of £18.50 -19.50 (depending on experience)The post holder will be responsible for the management units of accommodation services across Camden, North-West London.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the Service (the development and supervision of team members, providing a consistent presence in services and promoting good practice, competence and confidence within the team)
Maximise rental income and minimise voids.
Supporting the team to assertively engage and coach people to develop their parenting skills and meaningful relationships to support them to live happy and successful lives
Develop positive and effective working relationships with a range of internal, external statutory and non-statutory services whilst maintaining the highest possible standards of safeguarding practices.
