Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting in managing a team of lift engineers and planning their daily workload.
* Ensuring all reports from engineers are correct, complete, and submitted on time.
* Managing work schedules, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and accurately.
* Coordinating customer service and meetings to keep clients up to date.
* Raising purchase orders, quotations, and contracts, and supporting general admin duties.
* Updating the ESM management system with critical information such as contracts, service visits, and breakdowns.
