Main duties of the job The successful candidate should be experienced in all aspects of Practice Nursing and have a chronic disease qualification preferably in diabetes. You will work closely with our Operations Manager and Business Partner to ensure that the nursing service is meeting the needs of the patient group and generating the revenue that keeps the practice viable. You will act as practice lead for infection prevention and control, health promotion, chronic disease management, vaccination and immunisations.Our current staff member works 35 hours per week, but we can be flexible and offer hours to suit the right candidate.
