An opportunity has arisen to join our multi-disciplinary, county-wide service, supporting Children & Young People suffering with eating disorders.
We are a friendly team of around 30 clinicians and 6 other administrators. The role involves fielding emails, responding to phone calls, sending out appointment letters, processing outcome measure forms amongst other administration tasks. The role is a combination of remote and office-based work.
Main Duties of the Job
1. To provide the administrative function to ensure the daily business of the service runs efficiently.
2. To provide the central telephone and first contact communication to staff, clients, and key stakeholders.
3. The post holder will work without direct supervision for routine tasks, with someone generally available for reference.

Education / Qualifications and Relevant Experience
* GCSE English and Math or equivalent experience
* RSA II Typewriting/Word processing or equivalent experience
* CLAIT/ECDL qualification or equivalent
* Previous experience of working in an office
* Previous NHS Experience
* Experience of using electronic Health Record Systems
Skills and Aptitude
* Strong organisational skills
* Good customer care skills
* Good interpersonal skills with referrers, clients, and colleagues
* Willingness to learn new skills
