Office Administrator Role Overview
As the Office Administrator, you will be working as part of a small team and will be responsible of overseeing the day to day administration to ensure the smooth running of the office. This is a busy role and requires someone who is effective and can work at speed.
Office AdministratorResponsibilities:
* Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters
* Dealing with enquiries and complaints effectively
* Assist with quotations and processing invoices.
* Scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and handling correspondence
* Providing administrative support to the wider teams, training new members of staff
* Managing inboxes, databases, and ensure spreadsheets are kept up to date
Office AdministratorExperience Required
* Excellent written and verbal communications
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Strong typing and IT Skills
* The ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
* Excellent organisation skills
