Sales Co-ordinator Ideal Profile:
* Confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills at all business levels
* Experience in a Seasonal Business
* Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator
* Proactive and solution-focused
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, with experience using ERP systems
* Strong numerical and data analysis skills to support business decision-making
* Adaptable and able to work independently or as part of a team
Sales Co-ordinator Responsibilities:
* Provide essential support to key account managers and sales administrators
* Maintain and strengthen customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met
* Monitor stock levels, offer suggestions, and manage in-season inventory
* Assist in identifying market trends, emerging opportunities, and new products
* Support preparation for customer meetings and ensure timely follow-ups
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives
