The Role: As the Head of Physician Services, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our referrers. From overseeing the onboarding of new referrers to enhancing our physician support services, you’ll engage with clinicians, internal stakeholders and external partners to continuously remove friction for those practicing privately at GenesisCare, and to redefine referrer satisfaction standards. What You'll Do: Be the primary point of contact for Executive Clinical Leaders, troubleshooting issues and organising key meetings throughout the year. Develop and manage our Physician Service strategy, including software, services, and partnerships. Oversee the secretarial service function and collaborate with department heads to implement improvements. Lead the design, execution, and feedback processes for referrer experience, working closely with Market Development Managers (MDMs) and Centre Leaders. What You'll Have: A customer-centric mindset and the ability to deliver exceptional experiences. Strong communication skills, with the capability to articulate strategies clearly. Proven leadership experience, ideally in a healthcare or clinician-focused role. The adaptability & resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Familiarity with customer service platforms and practice management software. Relevant degree or equivalent experience in customer experience, along with team management expertise.
