You will be responsible for generating new sales business and negotiating profitable sales. You will also be assisting the growth and development of the branch including Business Plan objectives; to be aware of and generate opportunities for other offices and departments. To be considered you will have previous experience within residential sales and possess excellent communication and first-class customer service skills. If this sounds like you, please get in touch Personal specification: • Minimum of 2 years’ proven sales negotiation experience with residential estate agency• Experience of dealing with high-net-worth clients• Comprehensive knowledge of the residential property market• Numerate• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Strong negotiation skills• Strong administrative and organisational skills• Strong MS Office skills• A strong team player with good interpersonal skills• A desire to broaden knowledge and experience• Full UK driving licence and your own car. The salary package for this role will include a basic of £25,000 to £35,000, plus commission enabling you to earn in the region of £40,000 A car allowance will also be provided.
