This role is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract
In your role as Business Analyst, you will...
* Align with strategic goals – ensuring the most critical change projects are successfully completed, directly advancing the company's long-term strategic goals.
* Make faster decision-making on category 3 priority change projects to help streamline decision-making processes, as these initiatives are closely tied to strategic priorities.
* Enhance collaboration – managing complex cross-functional programmes ensures that a business capitalises on diverse skill sets and expertise across the organization, leading to higher quality outcomes.
* Risk mitigation – coordinating multiple factors helps in identifying and addressing risks earlier in the project lifecycle, minimizing potential disruption.
* Improved resource allocation, ensuring teams are efficiently utilized and aligned to project needs, leading to better utilization of the workforce.
What you’ll bring…
* Able to think both strategically and analytically.
* Knowledgeable in business processes and systems analysis.
* A strong communicator, including excellent listening skills, able to distil from large volumes of information.
* Strong interpersonal skills, able to create rapport with a range of stakeholders ranging from team members to exec board members, and the ability to adapt style for different stakeholders.
* Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role in a complex business environment across multiple functions.
* Demonstrable experience and knowledge of Business Analysis methods and tools, including but not limited to; Process mapping ideally utilising BPMN or similar notation standard, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
