An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Swallowdale Primary School as a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant. Our HLTAs work as an integral part of the team where we work to ensure that we all fly high together. HLTAs have the opportunity to join our weekly CPD sessions to be well informed about the development and operational running of the school. We are looking for someone who will be able to plan, deliver and assess high quality whole class lessons and group interventions for individuals and groups of children working with the SENDCo as part of our inclusion team. The post holder will be required to work Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 8:30am – 3:30pm; and 8:30am – 5pm on Wednesdays although we are prepared to discuss hours at interview for the right candidate.
