Job Description
The Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the store. He/She develops and orchestrates the commercial, human, and economic strategy of the shop in line with the company's overall strategy.
With his team, he makes innovative and appropriate proposals to increase the performance and profitability of his shop.
As an ambassador for the brand, he/she guarantees the image of the Sessùn company.
Responsibilities:
1. Analyze the business, propose action plans to reach qualitative and quantitative objectives, improve results.
2. Partner with the Area Manager to maximize sales.
3. Responsible for the sales and KPIs performance of the store.
4. Set personalized objectives for every team member and follow-ups to develop behavior, performance, and capabilities.
5. Create and foster a dynamic environment, motivate employees to maximize team spirit, promote teamwork, and maintain harmonious staff relations.
6. Set achievable goals and targets, and ensure the staff follows Company guidelines and is held accountable for achieving set goals.
7. Attract, develop, and lead a high-performance team through effective training, coaching, and/or motivational activities.
8. Motivate team to drive results through effective training, accountability, and celebrating successes.
9. Plan and conduct daily and weekly in-store briefings to motivate the team, set objectives, and show how to reach them.
10. Support with informative and inspiring participation the new staff onboarding experience.
11. Assure staff is groomed, inviting, professional, and knowledgeable on product and related company information.
12. Ensure superior customer service standards through constant follow-up with the team to deliver the Sessùn experience.
13. Be a brand ambassador and build relationships with our clients. Be an example for the team by engaging in customer interactions.
14. Develop and expand customer base.
15. Maintain an active social relationship with clients and community by understanding the needs and changes of the market.

Preferred Experience
The profile we are looking for:
Passionate about fashion, you have over a year's experience in a similar position in the ready-to-wear sector, and a sound knowledge of the sector and its trends.
You are responsive, dynamic, versatile, results-oriented, and proactive.
