In 2022, NORNORM was named one of the most innovative new startups in the Nordic Proptech scene, winning the Space-as-a-service category at the Nordic Proptech Awards.
Due to growth in our UK office, we are now hiring for an ambitious individual who will be key in driving the company’s expansion in the UK. We are looking for a passionate and eager business driver - to become one of our future Growth Hackers - and help us disrupt the market by creating solutions that our customers love.
As a BDR you will also work closely with the management team to support the strategy and optimise sales operations. You will have the opportunity to learn and work closely with experts that have varied backgrounds from Skype, McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, The Crown Estate, Savills and other high level positions at leading global companies. At NORNORM we invest in building top talent, where we set you up for success in your future career.
What you will do:
1. Develop and apply sales strategies within the B2B market
2. Identify prospects in our key segments - landlords, SMEs and flex operators
3. Contact leads, book meetings and conduct pitches
4. Business development through events, social media and other channels
5. Work with our sales operations team to analyse data and improve the quality of leads, particularly through input into our AI sales generator tool
Who are you:
1. Graduate with degree in business related discipline
2. A good communicator and a natural networker
3. Fluent in English
4. Enjoy working in a team environment which has a culture of freedom with responsibility
5. You have a can-do attitude, a high energy level and find it exciting to shape the agenda of a new company.
