We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Reliability Maintenance Engineering Planner who will be responsible for asset and spares management, preventative maintenance planning, and machine history data. They will be the site lead for the CMMS software and extract information from it to support the site engineering manager. The ideal candidate will have a time-served apprenticeship, relevant experience planning, scheduling, and auditing maintenance activities, and experience with CMMS software.
* Be the site level SME on the CMMS software, train the local engineering team, and escalate issues to the EU team.
* Ensure the system is run in line with EU standards and participate in EU coordinated projects and improvement programs.
* Record site level equipment, spare parts, and minimum holding levels in the system to ensure technicians have the necessary parts.
* Accurately forecast and assign preventative maintenance to technicians to provide high equipment availability.
* Compile equipment information, performance metrics, and machine histories and make recommendations for improvements.
* Manage spare parts stock levels, place, and track orders as required.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Tilbury, GBR.
Basic qualifications include:
* Time served apprenticeship.
* Relevant experience planning, scheduling, and auditing maintenance activities.
* Experience with CMMS software.
* Experience using MS Excel.
* Experience managing stores or spare parts inventories.
* Ability to communicate in English and the local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher.
Preferred qualifications include:
* Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
* Experience with the Infor EAM platform.
* Experience rolling out a new CMMS system.
* Experience delivering training or coaching others.
