Jenson Fisher are once again working with our long established client to recruit an Accounts Administrator on a permanent, full time basis. Working as part of a small yet established team, the role of the Accounts Administrator is to firstly support the finance team with daily processing tasks alongside providing administrative support to the wider business.
You will ideally have had exposure to finance previously and be confident handling financial information and entering this accurately onto financial systems and Microsoft Excel. In addition, you will be confident communicating with people across the business including staff, colleagues, customers, and visitors to the premises.
Responsibilities:
1. Processing payments on a daily basis.
2. Processing invoices onto the system (Sage) on a daily basis.
3. Sorting cheques and passing to the accounts department.
4. General administration including filing documents daily.
5. Answering the telephones and greeting guests to the building.
6. General support as required in a fast-paced, busy, and commercial environment.
