You’ll earn a salary of up to £25,000 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Support the recruitment of a range of roles through room bookings, compiling adverts, arranging interviews, and dealing with all correspondence, supporting with interviews as required
* Maintain and update the recruitment trackers with vacancies and job applications
* Set up employee files for new starters, ensure personnel files are accurate, audited, and archived in line with GDPR records
* Ensure that all probationary assessments take place for employees during their probationary period
* Be responsible for the coordination and management of the absence hotline
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Past HR administrative experience
* Good use of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
* Demonstrate excellent organisational skills/prioritise workload effectively
* Takes ownership of processes and responsibility for own workload
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
