We’re looking for a proactive and innovative Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our dynamic People & Culture (P&C) team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the driving force behind attracting, sourcing, and securing diverse talent that aligns with Good Energy’s mission and values. As a trusted advisor to our business, you’ll be involved in the entire recruitment process, from candidate attraction and selection to onboarding. You’ll work closely with hiring managers across all areas of the business – from Customer Operations and Support Functions (Marketing, Legal, Finance) to hiring skilled engineers for green tech installations. Your mission? To ensure a seamless recruitment journey that embodies Good Energy’s values and strengthens our culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders: Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to understand recruitment needs and provide expert advice and support throughout the process.
* Alignment with team: Working closely with the HR team to ensure an outstanding onboarding experience and seamless communication and understanding.
* Lead recruitment campaigns: Manage recruitment for permanent, fixed-term, and contract roles from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers.
* Enhance candidate experience: Use creative and innovative approaches to source diverse talent, while providing an exceptional candidate experience every step of the way.
* Data-driven decisions: Use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track progress, provide insights to stakeholders, and continuously improve our recruitment and onboarding processes.
* Promote our brand: Drive our employer brand by ensuring we’re visible on key platforms like LinkedIn and specialist job boards, and seize opportunities to elevate our presence in the talent market.
* Direct sourcing: Focus on finding top candidates directly through networking, social media, and creative sourcing strategies.
* Compliance & reporting: Ensure all recruitment activities align with legislation and internal policies, while tracking key metrics to inform future recruitment strategies.

As a natural communicator, you’re skilled at building strong, collaborative relationships across teams and levels, partnering with hiring managers and colleagues within the wider People & Culture team. You bring a proactive attitude to everything you do, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
Essentials:
* Recruitment expertise: Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle, from candidate screening and shortlisting to interviewing and offer management.
* Strong communication: You’re able to connect with people at all levels, challenge the status quo when needed, and provide constructive feedback with ease.
* Professional & discreet: You handle confidential information with the highest levels of discretion and professionalism.
* Tech-savvy: Proficient in IT, especially with MS Office (Excel, Access, Word), you’re comfortable using technology to streamline processes.
* Self-starter: A proactive and positive mindset with a focus on delivering improvements and achieving great results.
Desirable:
* Experience recruiting engineers or installers in the tech and renewable energy sectors (e.g., SMART meters, Wi-Fi, or renewable power installations).
* Familiarity with recruiting for Customer Operations teams.
