We're looking for a Technical Manager to join our Hard FM team based at Neath Port Talbot Hospital. Location : Neath Port Talbot Hospital - on site Hours : 40 hours per week What will you be responsible for? As a Technical Manager, you'll be working within the Hard service team, supporting them in the complete delivery of all the technical requirements. Your day to day will include: Ensure Compliance with all aspects of the technical requirements of the contract. Full management responsibility of PPM and Statutory PPM works, ensuring all are completed on time, relevant back up documents of services carried out are available and any remedial works arising out of these visits is recorded, booked in and completed to ensure full transparency to client Provide a monthly PPM report to the General Facilities Manager for insertion into the Monthly Report, ensuring any exceptions are recording with explanations and plans for closing out What are we looking for?
