This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM, with an immediate start available About the Role: Support children in their learning and personal development as a Learning Support Assistant. Help create a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment. Build strong relationships with students, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident as a Learning Support Assistant. Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to support student progress as a Learning Support Assistant. What We're Looking For: Experience working with children in any capacity within the UK (must be able to provide a reference). A genuine passion for working with children, including those with SEND needs. Willingness to support SEND students as a Classroom Assistant. Must have a CHILD ADULT -ONLY DBS or be willing to obtain one. Live locally to Welwyn Garden City or within a commutable distance.
