PPC & SEO Manager Exclusive opportunity for an experienced PPC & SEO Manager to join a 360 marketing and brand agency based in West London on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and refining SEO and PPC strategies for clients within the luxury, wellness and lifestyle sectors. Hybrid working: 3 days in West London office, 2 from home Roles & responsibilities: Paid Search: Plan, launch, and manage paid search campaigns across major platforms to drive high-quality traffic Conduct competitive analysis to identify ad opportunities and adjust bids, keywords, and budgets as needed Continuously test ad copy, landing pages, and targeting to improve CTR (Click-Through Rate) and conversion rates Monitor and analyse PPC performance metrics, preparing reports with insights and recommendations Collaborate with internal teams to align PPC strategies with overall marketing and business goals Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI while meeting campaign goals SEO: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities. Optimise website content, including meta tags, headings, and on-page content, to align with SEO best practices Collaborate with content and design teams to create SEO-friendly content that resonates with target audiences Manage link-building strategies and partnerships to increase domain authority. Monitor website performance using SEO tools (eg Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and provide actionable insights Solid knowledge of website optimization practices, HTML/CSS basics, and familiarity with CMS platforms (especially WordPress).
