Main duties of the job
As Mental Health Practitioner to provide healthcare to patients, promoting health and well-being within the prisoner population. This role will be responsible for assessment and caseload management of thosereferred into Mental health services withinGatwick IRC, working as part of a primary care integratedmodel. You will be supporting your team to carry out comprehensive assessments, confidentlycommunicating treatment options and initiating supportive care plans, working with individuals on a 1-2-1 basis alongside the wider multi-disciplinary team.
