Purpose of Role
Working within the Integrated Business Planning Lead, this role will be responsible for the consolidation and reporting of global sales, shipments, production, and inventory on a monthly basis. You will ensure alignment with regional and category heads on the correct publication of volume projections as signed off in the respective Management Business Reviews.
Top Accountabilities
* Working globally and cross-functionally with regions and categories for the consolidation of the monthly Sales, Shipments, Production, and Inventory overview.
* Support standardization of master data design and update.
* Ensuring mapping is aligned and SOP updated to reflect business changes.
* Ensuring the reporting and integrity of all numbers that are globally accepted.
* Provide insights to volume changes vs previous submissions and projection of potential risks and opportunities.
* Understanding mix performance on a year-on-year basis and its impact on wider business volume results.
* Resolution of all data queries in alignment with volume publication deadlines.
* Consolidation, ownership, and connection of all global volume for both the short and long term.
* Collaborating with the Global Demand Planning process owner to ensure volume and insights are ready for publication.
* Own the Global demand review and build team capabilities around analytics and insights.
* Develop and build capability of demand planning analysts across regions.
* Management of weekly and monthly reports in addition to ad hoc analysis.
* Consolidation and publication of the S&OP vs O&R volume.
* Responsible for long-term strategic planning in conjunction with the corporate strategy team.
* Drive improvements and lead the creation of dynamic Power BI visuals.
* Identify and facilitate cross-functional teams to implement analytical practices.
Qualifications and Experience Required
Skills and Capabilities

* Sound business acumen operating in fast-paced environments.
* Demonstrable knowledge of end-to-end supply chain management.
* Strong influencer and programme management skills.

* Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
* Ability to engage at several levels within the organization.
* Tableau / Power BI skills as an advantage.
Experience
* Extensive experience in supply chain management, including planning.
* Experience with data analytics and visualization.
* Excel and Power BI experience.
Qualifications
* Degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a similar degree.
