Day-to-day of the role:
* Answer incoming calls from the public concerning repair issues, providing timely and accurate information.
* Log all calls and repair requests into the system, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing.
* Provide excellent customer service, addressing all queries with professionalism and empathy.
* Follow up on ongoing cases to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
* Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to streamline service delivery.
* Adhere to all organisational guidelines and policies to maintain service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred.
* Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
* Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and information retrieval.
* Empathetic and patient, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
