Job Title: Personal Assistant Location: Chelmsford Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 Hours: 40 per week -8am to 5pm Monday to Friday Job Description: Offering assistance to the General Manager of a family run agricultural company, supporting with administration tasks, travel and training arrangements and keeping clear communication with other departments. What You'll Be Doing: Provide administrative support to the (memos, letters, emails, meeting minutes). Manage recruitment the end to end recruitment process. Maintain manufacturer platforms and communications are delivered to employees. Prepare documents, organise travel, courses, and maintain in-house training records. Assist the warranty team and manage personal calendars, scheduling meetings and interviews. Handle confidential matters with discretion and maintain a professional, organised approach.
