1st/2nd line Support Engineer - Hybrid/ Runcorn - 3 months contract - £200 -£220 a day inside IR35
My client is recruiting for an 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer, This is a hybrid position which will require you to be onsite 3 days a week/ 2 days working from home. You will be required to troubleshoot and resolving IT issues, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, and maintaining the highest level of customer support and satisfaction.
Essential Skills…
Proven experience in a 1st/2nd line support position
Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows, iOS, Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Intune, and networking principles.
Familiarity with networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Previous VIP support
This position will be based onsite 3 days a week on site in Runcorn
