Behaviour Teaching Assistant/SEN Teaching Assistant - Key Requirements:
- Experience working with students with ASD, ADHD, and challenging behaviour
- Strong behaviour management skills and ability to de-escalate situations
- Experience working within a SEND, SEMH, or Alternative Provision setting
- A passion for supporting young people with additional needs
- Team Teach or de-escalation training is desirable but not essential

We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Teaching Assistant/SEN Teaching Assistant to join an SEN School, a specialist independent school in Bexley catering to students aged 6-19 with ASD, ADHD, and social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.
- As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant/SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with additional needs
- Assist in managing challenging behaviour using positive reinforcement strategies
- Help students develop their social and emotional skills
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and SENCOs to implement behaviour strategies
- Create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
