This position offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio with small number of large and complex sites amongst other smaller sites, making a significant impact on their clients and their communities.
Key responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage a portfolio of large and complex leasehold properties.
2. Develop and implement property management strategies to enhance property values and residents' satisfaction.
3. Coordinate and supervise property maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, residents, and stakeholders.
5. Manage budgets, financial reports, and service charge collection.
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in property management.
Requirements:
1. Significant experience in leasehold and block management.
2. Proficiency in property management software and tools.
3. Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
