Role Type: Office role - some travel involved in Feb/March 2025 to London or Scotland.
Job Purpose: This role exists to design and deliver customer-centric compliance training for colleagues across the Customer Operations department, providing bespoke interactive experiences for technical, process, and soft skills training.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and deliver training materials.
2. Ensure training is tailored to customer needs.
3. Deliver interactive experiences for various skill levels.
