This opportunity is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering innovative solutions to meet customer needs.\n\nPackage Includes: \n\nSalary £50,000 - £55,000 \nCar allowance\nCommission scheme - potential to earn up to double in Salary!\nPension & 25 days holiday + BHKey Responsibilities - National Account Manager:\n\nManage a mixture of national retail accounts, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.\nBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within these accounts.\nUnderstand customer needs and market trends, developing tailored solutions to drive sales and product placement.\nDevelop and implement account-specific sales strategies to meet revenue goals and increase market share.\nCollaborate with the marketing team to deliver compelling product promotions, marketing campaigns, and in-store activations to maximize brand visibility and sales.\nMonitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.\nWork closely with the finance team to monitor and report on account performance, identifying opportunities to increase profitability.\nNegotiate contracts and terms with key retailers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and profitability targets.What You'll Bring - National Account Manager:\n\nProven experience in a National Account Manager or similar sales role within a consumer goods or retail-focused environment.
