2. To assist in the formulation and delivery of routine care plans involving the psychological treatment and/or management of a client’s problems, under the direct supervision of a qualified psychologist/psychological therapist.
3. To manage an ongoing programme of audit of outcomes from treatment involving measures administered to clients and their care givers at multiple stages during their care journey.
4. To analyse this data and contribute to the production of reports of outcomes for the team and for commissioners.
The successful applicant will contribute to the development and maintenance of the highest professional standards of practice, through active participation in internal and external CPD training and development programmes, in consultation with the post-holder’s professional and team/operational manager(s).
