Administration Assistant
Basic salary of £23,500
Working hours consist of 35 hours (either 8.00am - 4.00pm, 8:30am-4:30pm or 9am-5:00pm)
Annual leave entitlement will be 25 days per annum + Bank holidays
Company pension contribution consistent with the Government auto-enrolment scheme rising to 5% after 2 years' service

My client, who is in the Travel Industry, is looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join their team. The main focus of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service both internally, by supporting the team, and externally to suppliers and clients.
You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and consistent standards of administration for both the Operations Team and Sales Team, liaising with suppliers to support the teams in successfully packaging proposals.
Responsibilities include:
1. Creation of sales documentation and supporting literature accurately and to a high standard and within turnaround times.
2. Source and manage key options with suppliers accurately and effectively ensuring you request key suppliers in the first instance and in line with company strategy.
3. Manage all expiring options with the team.
4. Populate the bespoke operating system with all data requirements.
Skills required:
1. Full understanding of delivering exceptional internal and external customer service.
2. Ability to resolve problems, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
3. Ability to work under own initiative, and essentially as part of a wider team.
4. Good knowledge of Microsoft packages.
5. Good attention to detail.
6. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise workload and be highly organised.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and accurate written and spoken English.
