What you'll be doing
At Trinity Fire & Security, we are looking to recruit Schedulers to join our team that helps keep our customers safe and secure. You'll be doing this by effectively coordinating field engineering activities to meet the needs of our customers in our fast paced and thriving Abingdon Office. You'll be interacting with our field team and our customers with the aim to provide an exceptional customer experience, whether they are internal, or external.
Your key responsibilities will include:
As a Senior Scheduler at Trinity, you will provide a first-class Customer Service to both, external and internal customers. You will be a subject matter expert in our systems, processes and our policies with a willingness to support the other coordinators in your team.
Scheduling Activities: Plan and arrange field engineer appointments to accommodate changing customer requirements and meet our service commitments.
Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service, whether that's when you're speaking to our customers over the phone or in writing.
Collaboration: Work closely with field engineers and other team members to optimise resource and serve efficiently.
