Job Description Project Lead - Civil PM Systems Full-time Derby/Hybrid – 3 days on-site What you will be doing We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Lead on our central Digital PM Systems Team You will be responsible for the development, maintenance and management of improvement projects in relation to our Civil Aerospace Digital PM systems. In addition, you will develop a high level of 3PM capability within the planning community by supporting training, coaching and facilitating the plan creators to establish & maintain high quality plans and their execution. Responsibilities In this role, you will be: Accountable for the successful delivery of new PM capability, supported by Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), to cost, specification & time. Establish, develop & maintain Project Management processes & documentation necessary to deliver projects (e.g., schedules, WBS, performance reports, budgets, risk registers, resource plans, user guides etc.). Support management and key stakeholders in decision making. Develop & implement Portfolio, Programme & Project Management best practice. Provide guidance & tutoring to colleagues on Project Management systems, tools & methods, with particular focus on becoming a recognised subject matter expert for OPC. Providing maintenance and support for OPC & P6, to respond to user queries, deliver routine updates and ensure system and data integrity. Why Rolls-Royce? Significant experience gained in previous project management role or at least 1 year experience in a relevant discipline. Experience of delivering IT enabled business change would be an advantage.
