Your Role: As a Social & Emotional Youth Worker, you’ll work directly with students, helping them overcome barriers to education and develop their full potential. You will: Build strong, positive relationships with students to promote their emotional and social well-being. Adapt your approach to meet the diverse needs of each student, ensuring they feel supported and valued. Employ creative and engaging strategies to inspire and motivate students. Implement excellent behaviour management techniques, creating a safe and structured environment for learning. About You: We are looking for someone who: Believes every student can achieve outstanding progress, regardless of their challenges. Is determined, creative, and inspiring, with a strong presence in the classroom. Can utilise a variety of teaching and engagement methods to deliver impactful lessons and sessions. Is caring and driven to build positive relationships with staff, students, parents, governors, and the wider community.
