Pay Rates: £23 to £26 per hour PAYE inclusive of holiday pay (All rates dependent on experience)
Job Purpose:
To work in partnership with Service Directors and Senior Managers to provide professional customer-focused HR advice and HR solutions that support the business needs. To identify and manage workforce issues and major change programmes. To support the development, integration, and implementation of corporate HR policy and practice.
Responsibilities:
* Work in partnership with managers and the HR Team to establish the HR strategies and plans necessary to support the organization.
* Procure and analyze workforce metrics and trends to enhance workforce productivity.
* Develop plans and strategies with Service Directors and Senior Managers to ensure the workforce meets performance targets.
* Support workforce change and modernization initiatives by identifying and implementing new ways of working and appropriate use of people resources.
* Contribute to the design, strategic planning, and implementation of change programmes and complex HR initiatives.
* Support line managers with HR processes of staff involvement and consultation.
* Support TUPE transfers in line with current legislation.
* Manage an HR caseload, providing support on employee relations issues, ensuring internal policies are followed.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
* Previously operated at senior HR level (NHS experience desirable).
* Experience of organizational change (e.g., staff consultations/TUPE transfers).
* Experience in complex, unionized organizations.
* Demonstrable problem-solving skills in complex environments.
* Line management experience.
* Performance management experience.

Qualifications:
CIPD qualified or a postgraduate diploma in HRM, or extensive professional experience.
