Health & Wellbeing programme; As a Systems Analyst, you will partner closely with the Heads of Function within IT for the analysis of current solutions as well as supporting the non-functional and technical requirements of new projects. For new projects you would work with the Head of Delivery Management and with members of the PMO (including business analysts), to support the work undertaken by IT development and IT operations.
Overall you would be analysing current software, systems and processes as well as project requirements so that they meet the business needs. You would also review non-functional project requirements to aid solutions design. Be able to quickly learn about the operational details of systems and departments in order to understand processes and system interactions, and recommend appropriate non-functional improvements. Document DB schemas and data structures, including transitory data.
A good understanding of data modelling/structures and event state modelling.
Focusing on the systems and data, and working with the business analysts who will focus on the business process.
Experience of Agile working
eCommerce, OMS, CRM/CMS and logistics experience
Data warehouse and a knowledge of AI e.g. Big Data (data lakes), Big Query
Using Google Workspace (cloud-based tools that help with productivity and collaboration).
The ability to solicit, and define non-functional requirements for infrastructure projects.
