Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building and nurturing client relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance market presence throughout the South West territory.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive regional revenue growth by developing strong commercial partnerships with aesthetic clinics and unlocking new business opportunities.
2. Identify and win new business while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clinic accounts.
3. Provide outstanding account management, building trust and long-term partnerships with key customers.
4. Confidently convert competitive accounts by applying your market knowledge and understanding of clinic business models.
5. Collaborate closely with marketing and sales leadership to align on strategy and seize emerging market opportunities.
6. Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets through a proactive and consultative approach.
7. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and customer needs to continuously refine and strengthen your sales strategy.
