Responsibilities:

3. Ensure high availability and performance of digital services.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in service management or support roles.
2. Strong understanding of digital platforms and services.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
