Job Summary
As a Digital Change Lead, you will play a crucial role in the successful adoption of transformative technology. You will work closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams, collaborating to support change management processes to enable seamless transitions to new ways of working.
Main duties of the job
The Digital Change Lead is responsible for delivering the necessary digital change that will enable the successful implementation of the Trust's digital strategy. The post holder will ensure that the local healthcare organisations are able to identify and, through the adoption of revised working processes, realise the benefits from the introduction of new systems and processes.
Reporting to the Chief Nursing Information Officer, the Digital Change Lead will be a strategic planner and team manager who will utilise significant experience of managing IT-related organisational change to ensure the delivery of this critical programme.

Person Specification
Essential Qualifications & Training:
* Postgraduate Degree or equivalent experience
* Evidence of ongoing personal development
Desirable:
* PRINCE2 awareness/foundation or practitioner level
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
* Senior NHS experience
* Experience with Oracle Health (Cerner) Model/Millennium platform
* Successful service change delivery
* Project management experience (PRINCE or similar)
* Experience on large NHS IT projects
* Partnership working with organizations and suppliers
* Presentation and workshop facilitation skills
* Understanding of hospital processes
Desirable:
* Knowledge of NHS digital strategies
* Team management experience
* NHS statutory reporting knowledge
* Basic software development understanding
